Knowledge: Adweek's "Big Players, Big Ideas" Series

We're big believers here in the idea that learning is an ongoing process. And one of the best ways to learn is to pay attention when smart people describe how and why they do what they do. It's in that spirit that we give props to Adweek for their "Big Players, Big Ideas" series. These 4-5 minute videos feature some of the leading minds in the ad/design/creativity business talking on both personal and professional levels about what they do, what they believe in, and why. 

Every one we've watched so far has at least a great nugget or two, and the best ones will get you thinking for the rest of the day.
