From time to time, every brand needs some TLC in order to stay current and continue to resonate with the audience they’re trying to court. I’ve written a number of times about the power that can come from refreshing a brand identity and/or logo design, and I really believe in this process because I’ve seen it work time and time again.
Sarah passed along a link to a blog post with a compilation of brands that have undergone an identity change over time. It was pretty cool to see the history of the brands and from where some of these recognizable symbols were orginally derived. There’s a good range, too–From the brands that have undergone only subtle changes over the years…
