Green Bowie Identity Development

You might remember that we were recently hired by the City of Bowie, Maryland’s fifth largest city to create an identity for their environmental stewardship initiatives.  One of the most environmentally friendly cities in Maryland, Bowie needed to have a strong brand identity that could be used both to increase awareness and resident participation in their efforts.  

We created a number of different solutions for the client, but here is the logo they’ve chosen:

 

 


Nice work, EJ! We are currently working with the City of Bowie to develop a communications strategy that will guide our efforts to spread awareness of the initiative.

    Sweet! I’m glad to hear that the city is taking serious steps in the green direction. I actually grew up in Bowie. When I was living there, the shrubs that spell “Bowie” on Rte 197 was about as green as the city got.
