An essential topic for all in the industry who want to stay on top of all their non-traditional options and truly reach consumers where they are.

Case in point - I was on YouTube with my nearly three year old nephew last night and he literally knows how the site works. He can't type but he'll tell you what to search for, and he can use the mouse to click on the video he wants. He also knows that "related videos" come up as a list on the right side of the screen and he can chose from those knowing he'll very likely enjoy them too because of their location on the site.

Here's his favorite from last night. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=opthLJGAtYQ

In this blog says that is changing the way consumers interact with brands. Its true! In all companies design their brands are participating to social media sites. The nature of a blog makes it a medium where people go to get an even deeper understanding of a company.
